These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crew ("Crew", "the Service"). By creating an account or using Crew, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Crew is provided on an early-access basis and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
Crew sets up AI agents ("your crew") that draft and prepare work based on a goal you describe - for example, drafting emails, plans, lists, and research. Crew produces drafts and preparation only. It does not send, post, pay, submit, book, or otherwise take a final outbound action on your behalf without your explicit action. You review and approve anything that leaves the Service or your connected accounts.
You are responsible for your account and the activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings › Account › Delete account.
You agree not to use Crew to:
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before you act on it, including any draft created in a connected account.
If you connect a third-party account (e.g. Gmail), you authorize Crew, through our managed connector provider, to prepare drafts in that account using the minimum access needed. Outbound actions require your confirmation. You can disconnect at any time. You remain bound by the third party's own terms.
Crew uses third-party AI models. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking any output before relying on or acting on it. Crew is a drafting and preparation tool, not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.
You may stop using Crew and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, the data-handling described in the Privacy Policy applies.
We may update these Terms as Crew evolves. Material changes take effect when posted; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
